Leading for diversity, inclusivity and equity

In this panel interview session, we’ll be exploring the experiences of leaders who are leading efforts within healthcare and academic organisations in the UK and Canada to improve the experience of teams, learners and patients/caregivers through the lens of diversity, inclusivity and equity.
Working from a principle of the need for fairness and justice, the session will explore different approaches taken to embed policies and practices which support diversity, inclusivity, improve equity of care and address inequalities in the determinants of health. And the crucial role that leaders play in developing a culture where justice and belonging can be fostered.
