Alison Maitland

Alison Maitland is an author, coach, speaker and facilitator, focused on leadership, inclusion and sustainability. A former long-serving Financial Times journalist and management writer, she is co-author of three books on organisational change: INdivisible: Radically rethinking inclusion for sustainable business results, Future Work and Why Women Mean Business.

She chaired the Executive Board of Bayes Business School’s Global Women’s Leadership Programme from 2019-2022 and is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the School.

She is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital with The Conference Board and led its European Council for Diversity & Inclusion in Business for nine years.

Alison coaches established and emerging leaders who want to live and lead more inclusively, sustainably and purposefully and maximise their positive impact in the world. She is an Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), and a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance.

She received the “Women Who Make a Difference” Award from the International Women’s Forum in 2021.
