Dr Aoife Molloy is Senior Clinical Advisor for Healthcare Inequalities Improvement at NHS England. She is a PhD researcher in patient safety at transitions of care at the Patient Safety Translational Research Centre, Imperial College and she is an infectious diseases and acute medicine consultant at the Royal Free London.

She is currently associate editor and social media lead at BMJ Leader. She is passionate about medical justice and equality in healthcare access, experience and outcomes.
