Hannah Morgan

Hannah is a GP Partner at Emsworth Medical Practice, in South East Hampshire, working 5 clinical sessions.
She is Clinical Director for Hayling Island and Emsworth Primary Care Network (PCN) and has done this role for the last 3 years, since it was formed.
She also works as clinical lead for Cardiac Rehabilitation for the South East Region Cardiac Network for NHS England and Improvement.

Hannah qualified from Manchester University in 2003 and trained in hospital medicine for 10 years, specialising in general and respiratory medicine, before switching to General Practice. During this time she developed an interest in clinical leadership and integrated care, taking time out of SpR training to do a Darzi fellowship and a further OOPE to work with the senior management team at Brighton and Sussex UHT. She has a MSc in Management (Leadership for clinicians).

Hannah is married to an Army GP and has 3 boys.
