Rammina Yassaie

Rammina is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Leadership at Sheffield Hallam University, where she provides leadership education for multi-professional colleagues from pre-registration through to Masters Level. She is alumni of the HEE Yorkshire and Humber Future Leaders Programme (2016) and co-founder of the HEE Yorkshire and Humber Leadership Faculty, which has now expanded to the South West.

She has worked as a freelance leadership development practitioner for the last 4 years and strongly believes in leading with humanity and, in turn, cultivating leaders who do the same.

She has recently completed the FMLM NHS Regional Clinical Leadership Fellow Scheme where she worked on a range of local, regional and national projects. Rammina qualified as a doctor over a decade ago, having previously worked as paediatric registrar in Yorkshire, followed by undertaking her GP training in Harrogate.
