Why ‘fail’ is not a four letter word

In this final session, Dr Rachel Morris, GP, Coach and Specialist in Resilience at Work will host a live You Are Not A Frog Podcast recording all about failure. She’ll be joined by a panel of leaders, who will share their stories of how they all ‘failed’ at some point on their leadership journey.

We’ll discuss the perils of expecting perfection, how failure is inevitable and how it’s only true failure if we fail to learn from it. We’ll also be discussing what vulnerable leadership actually looks like. As leaders, is baring your soul to the world helpful or should we always project a ‘successful and sorted’ image?
