You should have received an email from our event host: SWAPCARD. Please check your inbox for the email you registered for the conference with, make sure to check your Spam folder also.

If you are having trouble finding your confirmation or link email, please follow these instructions:

• Go to app.swapcard.com

• Enter the email address you used to register for the conference

• Create a password

• Access the conference platform and build your schedule!

What are the dates for FMLM International Healthcare Leadership Conference 2022?

Wednesday 9 November - Thursday 10 November. 

Where is FMLM International Healthcare Leadership Conference 2022 taking place?

This year's conference will be held online. The programme will be accessible online from anywhere during the conference and recordings will be available for six months post conference.

What are the registration fees?

When does Early Bird registration close?

Early Bird registration has been extended and now finishes midnight Sunday 16th October 2022. 

Can I change my registration once I‘ve booked?

As part of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. If you need to make any changes to your booking please email events [at] fmlm [dot] ac [dot] uk

If at a later date I am no longer able to attend the event, what are your cancellation terms?

If you are unable to attend, you must inform us by; emailing events [at] fmlm [dot] ac [dot] uk , telephoning +44 (0)208 051 2060.

When will the programme be announced?

Will the conference offer CPD?

FMLM International Healthcare Leadership Conference 2022 will be approved for a total of 12 CPD credits (6 per day) by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM).

How will ePosters be displayed this year?

All posters will be displayed as ePosters, via the conference events platform. Visit our ePoster page here to find out more about our Call for ePosters. 

When is the deadline to submit an abstract proposal for an ePoster display?

The deadline to submit your abstract is Sunday 18 September.

What happens now that I’ve submitted an abstract for ePoster display?

All submitted abstracts will be sent for review following the submission closing date. The results of your submission will be sent to you in w/c 3 October along with further details of the next steps.

Do I have to pay to display my ePoster?

In order to present your ePoster at the FMLM International Healthcare Leadership Conference 2022, you will be required to register for the conference by 30 September.

If you do not register and pay by this date we will regretfully assume your circumstances have changed and you no longer wish to present your work.

If my abstract proposal for an ePoster display is successful, what are the next steps?

If you are successful you will then be given the opportunity to design your ePoster, and display this at the conference. To accept your ePoster display you will need to register for the event by 30 September 2022.
